Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our Tech & Ops team as a2026 FormsExperience Intern! About the Internship Our intern will support product launches and regulatory initiatives-including a Fixed Annuity product refresh, a new Life Division product launch, fund updates, RMD updates, tax updates, and fraud language revisions-by developing form-related deliverables (applications and customer service forms/letters) that ensure projects launch on time and in compliance. They will collaborate with experienced designers to design, configure, and update Symetra forms using tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and AdobeeSign. All work will adhere to business requirements and brand standards. This role involves close coordination with stakeholders and contributes directly to our mission of delivering intuitive, digitally enabled form experiences that meet the needs of customers, partners, employees, and the systems these forms integrate with. The dates for this internship are May 18 -August7, 2026. Responsibilities
