Primary Purpose Partner with the Client's internal marketing and brand management teams to execute the concept, design and production of print, digital/social, video, OOH materials for shopper marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient workflow in the delivery of all presentations, renders, production files and other materials on time, on budget and in line with quality standards. Reporting To: Account Director General Overview Manage communication between the Client's marketing team, Marks design studio, and Client's production partners. Align with Client on brief and scope of work and monitor/adjust project execution for profitability, on-time delivery, and adherence to design and brand standards. This is a hybrid onsite role, working side by side with Clients at their office in Boston 3x/week. Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $72,000 USD - $82,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. Education
Bachelors (required)
Experience
Experience working in a matrixed, client-embedded environment as a account manager and trusted partner (preferred)
Experience in quoting, tracking and reporting project-level revenue (internal) and budget (external) (preferred) Thorough understanding of creative and production processes for print/digital/video shopper marketing (preferred) Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail (required) Proficiency with using project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday, Asana (required) Proficiency with using Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Keynote) (required) 3 - 5 years: Years of experience in agency client service and project management, across a broad spectrum of project deliverables (creative ideation, in-store print design, digital advertising, OOH, photo/video content production) (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
