To strengthen our team in Ann Arbor,
we are looking for you as a(n) Procurement Intern 2026. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Direct Procurement team. This internship offers hands-on experience and will provide technical expertise to evaluate packaging requirements for multiple plant sites and coordinating with key users, business leaders, and Wacker Germany. This includes conducting on-site plant trials including holding multiple meetings and sessions to further evaluate possible packaging solutions including collection of usage and cost data with a focus on localizing our supply base. Additional internship experience will also include assisting in the evaluation of contract manufacturing suppliers (Tollers) and will work closely with our Strategic Procurement Manager, Plant Engineers, Product / Sales Management, Supply Chain, and Quality to further develop Wacker's Tolling capabilities and overall strategy.
