Requisition ID: 76902 Job Description: Responsibilities The Supply Chain Summer/Fall Co-Op will work closely with the Digital Supply Chain team on various projects involved in Supply Chain digital transformation. This person will be tasked to explore sdvanced analytic solutions to help improve and expedite supply chain digital transformation. The person will learn to identify key supply chain planning optimization opportunities and ultimately develop solutions to achieve the desired goals. The candidate will work with a mentor and the job responsibilities will include: Design and pilot cutting-edge optimization and/or AI algorithms to solve real problems in the Supply Chain domain Develop new algorithms or improve existing ones using programming languages such as Python and other visual programming tools such as Knime or Alteryx or Microsoft SSIS Establish best practices for data collection, preparation, and analysis Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and improve ML models Collaborate with other supply chain team members, AI architects, IT Required Experience and Skills The ideal candidate is expected to meet following requirements: Pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain or related fields Strong background in one or both areas is a must: Strong theoretical knowledge of key areas in AI/ML. In particular, experiences of using the reinforcement learning in the past is preferred. Familiar with optimization theories and methodologies, and have experiences using optimization solver, e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, or open-source solvers etc. General knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles, Supply Chain Management, inventory management, and/or production control. Excellent programming skills in Python. Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, and/or Keras. Knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets. Excellent written and oral communication skills 6-month Co-Op is strongly preferred (June-Dec 2026) The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
