Department OverviewThe Envysion Operations & Delivery (EOD) Department (formally Solution Delivery) is the complete end-to-end deployment arm of the entire Envysion business.

EOD owns all of the Supply Chain functions, Sales Engineering, Project Delivery, Field Installation, QA, SaaS Software Configuration, Break-Fix, Enterprise Program Managment, Channel Sales Operations, Security Operations and New Product Delivery. Job Description

As the Supply Chain Manager on the Operations & Delivery Team, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our end-to-end supply chain. You will own the entire lifecycle of our physical products, from initial Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning through to Manufacturing, Shipping, and Logistics.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that impact the entire organization, ensuring that our Procurement and Inventory Management strategies align with our growth objectives. You will work closely with external partners and vendors, guiding the journey of our hardware solutions with a focus on high quality and timely delivery.

Having a solid track record leading Supply Chain Management success combined with demonstrated ability to lead people, and simultaneous initiatives will be key to your overall success.

Core Functions

  • Planning & Forecasting: Leads Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning activities to ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain as scheduled.

  • Procurement: Responsible for the timely, cost-effective Procurement of production materials and coordinating global sourcing efforts.

  • Inventory & SKU Management: Develops and maintains SKU Management and Inventory Management systems to reduce costs and maintain inventory at minimum acceptable levels.

  • Lifecycle Management: Manages the phase-out of EOL (End of Life) hardware and seamless transition to next-generation solutions while minimizing inventory write-offs.

  • Manufacturing & Quality: Coordinates with partners regarding Manufacturing activities and production control systems to ensure high-quality metrics.

  • Sourcing & Vendor Relations: Manages activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, and product delivery specifications. Maintains strong working relationships with global supply chain partners and external vendors.

  • Shipping & Logistics: Manages comprehensive distribution functions, including logistics planning, traffic coordination, and outbound operations.

  • RMA & Returns: Manages the RMA process and related project tracking to ensure efficient hardware lifecycle management.

  • Reporting: Designs and implements business metrics for reporting, monitoring, and tracking sourcing project progress.

  • Strategic Leadership: Balance daily execution with long-term resilience; proactively manages global lead times and diversifies sourcing for critical components to eliminate single-point-of-failure risks.

  • Team Development: Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain function.

  • Collaboration: Works closely with finance/accounting on inventory-carrying costs and with Account Executive/CSM teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Experience & Education

  • B.S. Business Management, Supply Chain Management, MIS, or equivalent work experience.

  • 8+ years previous experience in Supply Chain Analyst, Coordinator, Manager, Procurement, Inventory, Demand Planning, Program, or Project Management roles.

  • CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, Six Sigma related certifications and experience.

  • Knowledge of retail industry related applications, CCTV, LP, Security.

  • A general understanding of hardware and video security solutions is preferred.

Location/Travel:

  • Candidate can live anywhere in the United States

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time

Target Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analyst, Coordinator, Manager, Procurement, Inventory, Demand Planning, Program, or Project Management roles
