The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 27.00 USD - 35.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Graphic Design Internship is an opportunity to learn how a purpose-driven brand comes to life through the power of design. As part of the Brand + Innovation Design team, within the Design Studio of the Marketing organization, this internship is designed to give you hands-on experience working across brand touchpoints, supporting concept development, design execution, and creative production. You'll gain exposure to conceptual thinking, visual design systems, packaging, campaign assets, photography direction, and branded storytelling across both digital and physical channels.

Reporting to the Associate Manager, Graphic Design, you'll also have the opportunity to shadow the Associate Manager for Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day, gaining experience across both brands. You'll collaborate with Brand and Digital Designers, Copywriters, Brand Managers, and crossfunctional partners to build a strong foundation in digital and physical brand expression. This role offers handson experience in a fastpaced, collaborative environment, contributing to real work for our beloved brands and participating in studio rituals, critiques, and workflows that reveal how design and marketing come together to
drive impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creative Development + Design: Support concepting and visual exploration under the guidance of the Associate Manager. Help produce assets for packaging, digital, campaign, social content, presentation, and retail needs. Participate in brainstorms and reviews to learn how ideas develop from concept to execution.

- Collaboration + Production Support: Assist with preparing files for reviews, production, and crossfunctional meetings. Learn what it takes to build and edit mechanicals, toolkits, and asset libraries. Help maintain brand consistency by preparing mockups, presentations, and research boards.

- Research + Inspiration: Provide visual references, trend research, and inspiration to support concept development. Assist in researching opportunities for differentiation and design innovation.

- Learning + Exposure: shadow the Associate Manager to understand workflows, collaboration, and production processes. Learn how briefs, systems, timelines, and project management work in a fastpaced studio. Partner with teams across marketing, insights, packaging, industrial design, and copywriting.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

* Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

* A design portfolio showcasing fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, and visual problem-solving.

* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, motion tools, or photography basics.

* Curiosity, a strong desire to learn, and an experimental mindset.

* Ability to accept and apply feedback, iterate quickly, and try new approaches.

* Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to jump into a variety of projects with patience.

* Interest in consumer brands, sustainability, lifestyle categories

* Ability to manage multiple small tasks with support from the team.

* Comfort working in a fast-paced creative environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 10-12 week internship program

  • This position does not offer a housing stipend
