Position Title: Marketing Intern - Built to Lead: Business Immersion Program The Warn Group believes that every team member plays a significant role in our success. We enable our customers with the tools they need to work and play outdoors. This position description is designed to outline the primary duties of the role, qualifications, and job scope. Position Summary: The Built to Lead: Business Immersion Program at Warn Industries is a structured, immersive 10-week summer internship experience designed to provide meaningful experiential learning through hands-on work, job shadowing, and cross-functional exposure. As a Marketing Intern, you will follow the end-to-end lifecycle of a Warn product-from ideation and design through manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and customer support-while supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to real business outcomes. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product & Marketing, you will participate in a structured rotational learning experience across multiple business functions, working hands-on with teams in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, sales, customer service, etc. Through job shadowing, mentorship, applied project work, and professional development activities, you will gain practical exposure to marketing strategy, customer insights, and operational execution, while contributing to initiatives such as brand and competitive analysis and Voice of the Customer efforts.
