Job Description: The WearKraft Regional Parts Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market penetration for crushing and screening wear and spare parts across all major equipment brands. This position will focus on the Western U.S. and Canadian territory. Serving as the primary commercial and technical liaison, this role supports the Company's dealer network and end users within the aggregates and mining industries, ensuring strong relationships, technical expertise, and strategic sales execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aggregates and mining applications, with a strong understanding of crushing and screening processes. Success in this role requires a handson approach to territory management, proactive dealer development, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. A solid technical foundation is essential for supporting customers, optimizing product performance, and enhancing the Company's presence within the market. Responsibilities:
