Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist serves as the operational backbone of ATSG's Talent Acquisition function. This is as excellent opportunity to join an amazing team in an exciting industry. This role ensures hiring execution is disciplined, transparent, and scalable by owning Talent Acquisition systems, data integrity, hiring readiness, scorecards, and process adherence. Job Functions: Talent Acquisition Systems, Data Integrity & Enablement Own configuration and governance of the ATS/UKG/Phenom. Ensure lifecycle discipline and data integrity. Maintain reporting readiness and dashboards. Act as liaison with HRIS, IT, and TA technology vendors. Hiring Readiness & Post-Offer Execution Own post-offer workflows through Day 1 readiness. Monitor background checks, drug testing, and clearance requirements. Coordinate all Onboarding details, start dates, employee numbers, and pre-Day-1 compliance. Partner with HR and Operations on onboarding handoffs. Talent Acquisition Scorecards & Accountability Design and distribute Talent Acquisition scorecards for team. Maintain internal diagnostic and business-facing scorecards. Proactively monitor red flag in the process and potential risks. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR and Operations Serve as liaison between Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Business Partners, and Operations. Ensure standardized recruiting processes are followed. Support audit readiness and compliance. Own execution of the Structures Apprenticeship Program. Manage screening, selection coordination, and ops handoff. Partner with MRO leaders and training teams. Drive continuous improvement of the hiring process. Participate in additional defined recruiting initiatives (pilots, program recruitment, etc.) Required Job Skills: Bachelor's degree and/ or applicable combination of education and/or experience (3+ years preferred). Ability to initiate conversation with candidates and sell the value proposition of ATSG with a "quick on your feet" mentality. Planning and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize, assign and coordinate workload of assigned areas and resources within a multiple project setting. Self-motivated; able to work independently and as a part of a team. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products; email and web-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proven success (2+ years) in TA or HR Ops and experience working with HRIS/ATS systems (UKG preferred) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
