Asphalt Milling Supervisor- MS0226 Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily milling operations and maintain daily timesheets for all personnel Develop and teach a team of milling operators to perform all aspects of both operations and maintenance of the milling machine Coordinate with Asphalt Area Manager, Field Managers and Project managers for scheduling of milling operations Monitor and maintain production goals for milling projects Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance, coordinate and perform preventive maintenance on machines and be able to troubleshoot as necessary Develop and implement training programs that follows best practices and enhances team capabilities Qualifications and Education Requirements 5+ years with milling operations Strong leadership, supervision and communication skills with ability to teach Knowledge of all operations of milling machines both top and bottom Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair Ability to read plans and understand grade elevations Valid Drivers License High School Diploma or equivalent Soft skills with computer to be able to keep up with time and production logs Benefits: Sanders Brothers Construction provides employees with outstanding benefits which include: Medical, Vision, Dental, Vacation & Holiday Pay, 401K, and potential financial incentives through Profit Sharing and Bonuses.
