Operations Reps are responsible for managing the day to day operations for our customer accounts and growing these accounts by developing relationships with our customer contacts, planners, and facilities to increase volume and gross margin. Reps must possess a deep understanding of the customer's commitments, contractual agreements, and expectations and adhere to them to successfully grow the account(s). Operations Reps are tasked with building loads in OTM, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their loads are serviced properly. It is the responsibility of Operations Reps to maximize profitability while also maintaining the level of service guaranteed to the customer. They are responsible for identifying problems and providing a resolution that is satisfactory to the customer and Coyote. All Operations Reps must understand the value and importance of delivering high quality service both internally with other teams, and externally with our customers. Operations Reps have basic market and pricing knowledge and are responsible for quoting loads and lanes while negotiating with our customers. Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:
