Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Desk professional with 1-3 years of experience who is excited about helping users, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative IT support team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, loves troubleshooting, and is passionate about delivering exceptional help desk support. As part of our growing Service Desk team, you will play a key role in supporting end users across the organization and ensuring technology runs smoothly. You will work with a variety of hardware, software, mobile devices, and business applications while sharpening your technical skills and advancing your IT career. Responsibilities * Provide handson support for computer hardware, software, and enterprise applications. * Troubleshoot and support mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. * Maintain and meet established service level agreements (SLAs). * Clearly communicate technical solutions to end users with patience and professionalism. * Deliver oneonone training and user education when needed. * Identify issues that require escalation and route them to the appropriate support team. * Contribute to a positive, teamfocused service desk environment.
