Your Job

Koch Capabilities Company is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our Travel and Expense team. This role is a critical part of a leveraged capability team serving all Koch companies globally. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of the global corporate card program and assisting with initiatives aimed at optimizing business travel, expense management processes, and corporate card operations within Koch. This role requires strategic thinking, deep analytical expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide improvements and value capture.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate onboarding of new Koch companies to ensure successful integration into the corporate card program.
  • Support the global corporate card program with audits, escalations, payments, helpdesk inquiries, and compliance.
  • Address cardholder questions on disputes, billing, compliance, and declined transactions.
  • Oversee card issuance logistics and delivery tracking.
  • Work with Compliance, Finance, and Internal Audit to maintain strong financial controls and reduce risk.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in travel, expense, and corporate card operations using data analytics.
  • Support cross-functional projects with IT, procurement, vendors, and business operations to apply best practices.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience working in a business analysis or process, financial process or accounting role.
  • Experience in leading or supporting project initiatives aimed at resolving issues and/or process optimization
  • Demonstrated experience leading discussions with stakeholders and simplifying complex data and processes for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in financial controls
