Role Summary

Rivian is seeking a visionary leader to architect the systems that power our growth, moving at startup speed while building for enterprise scale. You will serve as the strategic catalyst between our sales organization and cross-functional teams, translating market opportunities into actionable sales performance. You will lead collaboration across teams to optimize demo drive performance and generate near-term demand through strategic coordination and a data-driven approach.

In this highly collaborative role, you will develop and implement strategies that operationalize our sales levers through the demo drive experience. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, removing roadblocks, optimizing processes, and ensuring our sales teams have the tools, training, and support needed to exceed their goals in a rapidly evolving landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison across operations, analytics, field, and marketing teams for all facets of the demo drive program
  • Mobilize cross-functional partners to build and execute demand generation strategies in a highly dynamic landscape
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making processes across departments to optimize demo drive outcomes
  • Hold accountability for demo drive success metrics while empowering operational teams to execute
  • Collaborate with marketing to establish brand-aligned partnership events and maximize amplification strategies
  • Partner with operations teams to develop standard operating procedures, and optimize demo drive fleet deployment at sales locations and events
  • Coordinate with in-market teams to ensure effective planning and execution of demo drive activations
  • Design and deliver scalable playbooks and repeatable frameworks that accelerate near-term demand generation
  • Leverage cross-functional data, including customer feedback, to concept and implement strategies that elevate customer experience and increase conversion
  • Articulate requirements and guide prioritization for digital enhancements across internal tools and external platforms
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on performance analytics across all demo drive touchpoints

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in strategy, business operations, program management, or cross-functional coordination roles
  • Proven experience in retail operations, experiential marketing, or customer experience strategy
  • Background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer business models preferred
  • Exposure to digital product strategy and/or data analytics preferred
  • Expert at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder activation
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive results through collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term tactics and long-term vision
  • Project management expertise with ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements preferred
