Purpose of Role The Audio Marketing Operations Department exists to drive profitable growth by translating deep understanding of short and long-term product and marcomm strategies across YCA and YCJ into scalable, high-impact marketing operations. Through execution and continuous improvement, the team designs and runs efficient operating models that balance speed and quality. Key Accountabilities Include
Drive internal and external agency resources in alignment with broader audio business strategies
Ensure achievement of department KGIs and KPIs
Ensure the strategic direction of YCA Audio Marketing Operations is aligned with YCJ
Ensure a climate that attracts, engages, and develops team members
Ensure resolution of critical matters that impact the department
Drive a positive stakeholder experience
Drive efficient and consistent processes across all touchpoints
Primary Responsibilities Include
Lead the development of content and assets that meet specifications and support identified marketing channels for distribution.
Coordinate & create content for all major product launches and campaigns each year.
Bring multi-channel campaigns and products to life.
Support the execution of in-person activations (support events and clinics).
Manage capacity and time allocation methods optimized towards business growth.
Lead structural improvements and large-scale innovations.

Qualifications Ideal
Demonstrates progressive success working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
Proficient in MS Office Tools and graphic software tools
Demonstrated success working with external marketing/ad agencies and internal content creators
Demonstrated success with digital marketing workflows, asset management systems, and campaign planning tools.
Demonstrated success finalizing PDFs, PowerPoints, and other image or video formats as final deliverables.
Demonstrated success in balancing strategic planning with tactical execution
Budget & people management
Preferred
5+ years content/asset creation: video, email, print, web, LMS, 3+ years working with external agencies & 2+ years' experience hiring and managing creative agencies
Demonstrates knowledge of modern marketing best practices and experience within the audio industry
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with AI (CoPilot Chat) to enhance efficiency and scalability in operations
Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams, preferably within the audio or consumer electronics industry
Workfront
Experience working for or with a Japanese organization
Compensation * The hiring range for this position is $123,500 - $137,000 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time. * Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
