As a Security Officer - Community Night Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting an automotive location. You will conduct routine patrols across lots and facilities, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, respond to alarms and calls for service, and assist guests and staff with clear, respectful communication. Working with a caring, people-first team, you will bring integrity to every interaction while staying agile, reliable, and innovative in day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and/or patrons by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location such as a parking facility.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with vehicle-related concerns, disputes, alarms, and/or suspicious activity, and escalating to the appropriate contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, entry and exit points, pay stations, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points and vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic flow, provide directions, and assist with basic access control and parking operations in accordance with post orders.
• Document and report patrol observations, incidents, and maintenance issues such as lighting outages, broken gates, or hazards using written logs and/or electronic reporting systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
