As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a highly visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with calm, clear communication. You will deliver welcoming customer service while following site procedures with integrity and teamwork. This is an armed post requiring an armed guard card or license, where Allied Universal values agility, reliability, innovation, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Control access for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries by following site access procedures, verifying credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Complete required reports and documentation for patrol activity, incidents, and policy exceptions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a 40 caliber endorsement.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
