As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine checks, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while working as part of a team that values integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders within a utilities location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify identification, visitor authorization, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements, documenting entries and exits as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, communicate observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel, and support routine drills and emergency response activities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
