Facilities Program Manager

On our team, you'll work on challenging projects for facility electrical infrastructure upgrades from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership.

What You'll Work On:

• Research, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial or industrial use.
• Employ knowledge of electrical theory.
• Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge.
• Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Work independently with some guidance and in a team environment.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience working with facilities electrical power systems,including low, medium, andhigh-voltage power,mechanical systems,fire protection, construction, commercial facility electrical distribution systems, emergency and standby power systems, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and short circuit and protective device coordination
• Experience with commercial and industrial power systems, mechanical HVAC systems, fire protection, and construction
• Experience reviewing design documentation and identifying deficiencies, inaccuracies, and noncompliance issues with the design intent
• Ability to manage commercial facility electrical design and construction projects
• Ability to evaluate conditions and draft engineering memos that provide sound engineering guidance consistent with industry best practices and all federal, state, and local codes
• Ability to work with minimal oversight
• Ability to review and perform engineering calculations
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
