We're actively seeking a talented Assistant Vice President, Pricing for our Institutional Products team. As an AVP, you will play a critical role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success. You will lead a team of actuarial professionals (FSA and student actuaries) in pricing and supporting the launch of new group annuity products that deliver value for our customers and align with our strategic vision. This role has direct responsibility for pricing Defined Contribution Lifetime Income (DCLI) and Stable Value (SV) products and will manage a team of 6-7 individuals within the Institutional Division (ID). This position can be based in Newport Beach, CA, Charlotte, NC or Omaha, NE. This position is onsite four days a week. How You'll Help Move Us Forward

Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $265,000 Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
