You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Developing clear points of view and project implementation plans by navigating early ambiguity and defining scope, timelines, and priorities
- Leading cross-functional teams through complex operational projects, ensuring leadership alignment, team clarity, and measurable progress toward objectives
- Coordinating project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication to maintain momentum, address challenges, and drive decision-making
- Collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts across manufacturing, supply chain, IT, and other functions to implement strategic change initiatives
- Implementing process improvements, product moves, capability development, and cost-reduction initiatives that impact operational efficiency and reliability
- Facilitating problem solving, decision making, and cross-team coordination to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, adopt helpful tools, or enhance project delivery
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bringing 3+ years of project management or project leadership experience, including leading cross-functional work and coordinating multiple team members
- Communicating with positivity and confidence across a wide range of stakeholders, from plant-floor partners to senior leaders
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills, including using structured systems or tools to manage workload, documentation, and priorities
- Proficiency with common project tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and project planning software (Smartsheet or Microsoft Project). Willingness to learn Smartsheet is acceptable
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Holding a bachelor's degree in a related field (business, engineering, project management, operations, etc.)
- Bringing experience with medium-complexity projects, including developing points of view, building schedules, and complex problem solving
- Showing curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, such as identifying process gaps, introducing tools, or streamlining workflows
- Demonstrating comfort engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including presenting recommendations and project updates
- Using structured project management methodologies consistent with traditional project planning (Agile experience is okay but may translate less directly)
- Applying informal influence to build alignment and facilitate collaboration
- Having familiarity with manufacturing or operations environments, though this can be learned on the job
