As an unarmed, driving patrol officer at a busy retail location, you will make scheduled vehicle patrols, complete detailed reports, and respond to calls for service with calm communication and a customer-focused approach. Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents, support store teams, and assist guests as needed. This role requires a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements, and you will act with integrity through teamwork in a caring culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access points and customer flow, help to deter theft and/or disruptive behavior through high-visibility presence, and assist with de-escalation and service recovery when appropriate.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, support loss prevention and store operations with security-related observations, and communicate clearly with management and/or law enforcement when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
