Sales Operations Data Analyst

Build dashboards executives actually use. This role turns complex data models into clear, intuitive reporting that leaders can understand at a glance. You'll build and maintain analytics products, pull and shape data across sources, and partner closely with senior colleagues to support highquality insights and decision making.

As a Sales Operations Data Analyst in Microsoft Advertising, you will build and maintain executiveready dashboards and reporting that turn complex data models into clear, usable insights. You will pull, manipulate, and validate data across systems, partnering closely with senior ICs to support wellscoped analyses for executive decision making. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your analytics career, develop deep business and performance acumen, and strengthen your ability to translate complex data into executivelevel insights. This is a full-time in-office role.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
• 3+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., experience with SQL and Power BI)
• Fluency in data visualization best practices

Data Analytics IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
