We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Senior to provide operational leadership and advanced technical oversight within a high-visibility Enterprise Operations Center (EOC). Why This Role Matters As an Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Senior, you serve as a bridge between frontline operations and enterprise leadership. You will supervise multi-shift teams, guide advanced troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to root cause analysis for complex operational issues. Your impact will directly influence: * Operational stability across 24x7 enterprise environments * Incident response quality and root cause resolution effectiveness * Team accountability, mentorship, and performance development * Continuous improvement of monitoring and operational processes This is a leadership-focused operational role supporting mission-critical federal systems. Key Responsibilities * Supervise personnel engaged within the Enterprise Operations Center * Manage operations in a multi-shift staffing model * Participate in root-cause analysis of complex problems * Perform technical project assignments including assessing and resolving issues and report development * Provide daily technical and administrative supervision and direction to support staff * Ensure support staff has full understanding of duties and responsibilities * Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts for complex incidents * Coordinate with infrastructure teams on problem resolution * Develop and maintain operational procedures and runbooks * Monitor team performance and provide mentorship * Support continuous improvement initiatives What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will have: * Established strong operational oversight across assigned shifts * Strengthened troubleshooting standards and escalation flow * Built credibility with infrastructure teams and leadership * Improved documentation, reporting, and performance consistency Long term, you will be recognized as a dependable operational leader who enhances team capability and strengthens enterprise resilience. Qualifications What You Bring Required Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of related experience providing in-depth knowledge and expert support to an enterprise operations center * Experience managing operations teams in a shift environment * Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities * Knowledge of complex problem analysis and resolution * Understanding of IT infrastructure and monitoring technologies Education & Substitutions Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience Education substitutions accepted per contract guidelines: * No Degree: 2 additional years experience * Associate's Degree: 1 additional year experience * Bachelor's Degree: Meets baseline requirement * Master's Degree or PhD: No additional experience required Preferred Skills * ITIL Practitioner or Managing Professional certification * Experience with incident, problem, and change management * Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and coordination abilities * Experience with performance metrics and operational reporting Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
