As EUT Team Manager, you will oversee daily operational support across enterprise endpoint services while ensuring accountability, performance consistency, and adherence to security standards. This is a leadership-focused role where operational oversight and technical understanding intersect.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee operational support within the EUT team

* Manage and assign tasks and deliverables to team members

* Demonstrate technical skills and ability to organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of assigned tasks

* Develop and maintain procedures for EUT operations

* Translate high-level work plans into detailed assignments for team members

* Monitor and track progress of projects and work plans

* Coordinate with other IT teams on EUT initiatives

* Support adherence to security and operational standards

* Manage team performance and provide mentorship

* Support continuous improvement initiatives

* Report on EUT operations and metrics

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will have:

* Established strong operational oversight across the EUT team

* Improved task tracking, reporting accuracy, and accountability

* Strengthened cross-team coordination with infrastructure and security stakeholders

* Enhanced documentation and procedural consistency

Long term, you will be recognized as a dependable operational leader who drives performance, strengthens team capability, and improves enterprise endpoint service delivery.



Qualifications

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 10 years of related experience managing and leading teams providing operational support to EUT

* Proven experience with team management and task coordination

* Strong technical skills across end user technology platforms

* Knowledge of project management and work planning

* Understanding of EUT best practices and standards

Education & Substitutions

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience

Education substitutions accepted per contract guidelines:

* No Degree: 2 additional years experience

* Associate's Degree: 1 additional year experience

* Bachelor's Degree: Meets baseline requirement

* Master's Degree or PhD: No additional experience required

Preferred Skills

* Project management experience or certification

* ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification

* Experience with Windows, Mac, and mobile device management

* Knowledge of software deployment and patch management

* Strong leadership and team development capabilities

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
