Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience is required. An additional year of directly related experience is preferred.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers' missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.

As a Program Finance Specialist, you'll prepare ad-hoc analyses in support of Standard Products and Product lines as well as special projects as assigned. Utilizing your arsenal of skills and talents, you'll prepare Standard Costing analysis, WIP Variance Analysis, Revenue Forecasts, and various analyses to support the business. We'll rely on you to manage financial performance for the Product lines and engage directly with all the functional departments including but not limited to program management, manufacturing, and contracts.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business equivalent; an additional year of directly related experience is preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and reconcile financial accounts
  • Knowledge of Truth In Negotiations Act, Cost Accounting Standards, Federal Acquisition Regulation, government accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Revenue Recognition ASC 606
  • Outstanding time-management in order to meet multiple deadlines for various stakeholders

Workplace options:

  • This position is on-site in Chantilly, VA...we are ofering a flex schedule (~2 days/wk in offce).

Target salary range: USD $65,000.00/Yr. - USD $70,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
