As a strategic talent advisor and recruiting expert, you will identify, attract, secure, and onboard exceptional technical leaders and key individual contributors supporting our cutting-edge small satellite constellation programs. This is not transactional recruiting; it's strategic talent acquisition requiring deep market intelligence in satellite technologies, sophisticated technical assessment capabilities, and the ability to influence technical leader level decision-making. As a senior member of Blue Origin's talent acquisition team, you will establish the end-to-end recruitment standards, methodologies, and best practices that define excellence in technical talent acquisition for a pioneering satellite technology company. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights and talent strategy while managing high-stakes searches with precision and discretion. The ideal candidate brings extensive full lifecycle recruitment experience specifically in satellite or aerospace technology, exceptional judgment in assessing technical talent, and the strategic acumen to position TeraWave as the premier destination for industry-leading professionals who want to shape the future of global connectivity.
