At Advanced RPO, we believe that early-career talent is the future of our clients' success. As a University Relations Specialist, you are the face of the organization on campus. You will play a key role in building strong partnerships with colleges, managing high-volume campus hiring initiatives, and ensuring students see us as a top-tier employer. This role is perfect for a recruiter who loves the "hunt" for new talent and enjoys the energy of campus life.


What You'll Do

  • Be the Brand Ambassador: Travel to and represent the company at campus career fairs, conferences, and professional events (e.g., Ohio State, Penn State, NC A&T).
  • Manage the Campus Pipeline: Handle the full recruiting process from managing requisitions and interviewing students to scheduling manager interviews and overseeing onboarding.
  • Control the Digital Presence: Manage job postings across external sites to ensure our brand is consistent and accurate everywhere students look.
  • Event & Program Logistics: Provide hands-on coordination for UR programs. This includes organizing event logistics, handling campus marketing materials, and managing the UR email inbox.
  • Engage Early-Career Talent: Assist in designing and delivering internship programs, including orientation, training, and fun engagement activities that keep students excited.
  • Collaboration & Content: Work closely with the University Programs Manager on reporting and program improvements. You'll also keep the UR SharePoint site updated with fresh content.


What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience: Proven track record in university relations, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment.
  • Dynamic Communication: You can speak confidently to large groups and present our opportunities in a compelling way.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva), SharePoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Organization Skills: The ability to juggle multiple campus schedules, deadlines, and priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Travel Ready: A willingness to be on the road up to 25% of the time during peak campus seasons and visit the Pittsburgh, PA office as needed.
