The Department of Radiation Oncology at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine invites applications for faculty position with a focus in brain, spine, and skull base tumors. We seek candidates with strong interests in patient care, postgraduate training, and research. The position offers close collaboration with multidisciplinary specialists in the NYU Brain and Spine Tumor Center, the Laura and Isaac Perlmutter Cancer Center (PCC), and across the NYU Langone Health system. Individuals with interest in are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be boardeligible or boardcertified and must have completed a fouryear ACGME or AOAaccredited residency. About the Department of Radiation Oncology The NYU Department of Radiation Oncology is a core component of the Perlmutter Cancer Center (PCC), delivering stateoftheart care using the latest technologies. Clinical services are provided across three Manhattan sites, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. The department treats more than 4,000 new patients each year and includes 20 clinical faculty and 13 Ph.D. medical physicists. The department supports an ACGMEaccredited fouryear residency program in radiation oncology and a CAMPEPaccredited twoyear residency in medical physics. Faculty members colead diseasespecific multidisciplinary teams within the cancer center, contributing to the management of an extensive clinical trial portfolio. Additionally, the Division of Cancer Biology and Translational Research conducts highimpact basic and translational research within cuttingedge laboratory facilities.
