Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data Analyst to serve as a key analytics partner across the organization. This role drives advanced analytics, enterprise reporting, and data-driven decision-making that supports Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Operations. The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights that influence business strategy and operational performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead advanced statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling initiatives
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and standardized KPIs
• Design and automate reporting processes using SQL and Python or R
• Partner cross-functionally to uncover insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve data structure, governance, and accessibility
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices in analytics and reporting

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mathmatics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Strong expertise in Power bI, including data modeling and DAX
• Experience building predictive models and applying machine learning techniques
• Strong analytical, strategic, and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into executive-ready insights.
