What You'll Do



  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of People Strategists aligned to business areas.
  • Build and standardize an HR consulting operating model that delivers measurable strategic value.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to the SVP HR and executive team on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive enterprise-level thinking on organization design, leadership capability, and workforce planning.
  • Partner across HR pillars, Finance, and business leadership to align priorities and execution.
  • Advance the use of people data and analytics to inform decisions and elevate talent strategies.
  • Shape change strategies and sustain adoption during organizational transformation.

  • Credible advisor to C-suite leaders, with strong business acumen and ability to connect talent strategy to operational realities.
  • Skilled in diagnosing organizational friction and leading redesign efforts for optimal performance.

  • Exceptional ability to craft narratives and present to executives, boards, and technical leaders.
  • Comfortable leading through uncertainty in regulated, mission-critical industries.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Organizational Development or I/O Psychology preferred.
  • Senior advisory or consulting experience partnering with executives on talent and organizational strategy.
  • Proven ability to build or transform HR business partnering models.
  • Experience leading through complex organizational change and influencing without authority.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $230,000-265,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.

Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.

Appropriate level will be determined based on experience and knowledge.
