Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at our Perryville Clinic in Rockford, Illinois. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients.

Opportunity:

  • Join a well-established practice in collaboration with an experienced physician
  • Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) and 1 Saturday per month schedule. Great for work-life balance!
  • Newborn to geriatric patient population
  • Onsite Laboratory, and Radiology Services
  • Ability to grow your own patient panel while also supporting physician practice
  • System-wide EPIC

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Graduate of an accredited masters/doctoral nursing program.
  • Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current IL APRN & RN license
  • Current IL DEA
  • Other certifications as required
  • Primary Care NP experience preferred
  • Primary Care nursing experience preferred

$85,280.00 - $144,976.00
