This role is not a traditional recruiter position. Instead, it is a structured execution role focused on sourcing talent, formatting and optimizing resumes, managing applicant tracking workflows, and supporting candidate submission processes across multiple federal programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, comfortable working with AI tools, and able to follow structured processes with precision. This individual will play a critical role in supporting revenue-generating staffing efforts and maintaining the integrity of our talent acquisition workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate seeking exposure to government contracting, staffing operations, and AI-enabled workflow optimization.
