The Accounts Payable Representative,Voids and Returned Checks is responsible for processing invoice and check void requests, resolving returned vendor payments, and ensuring returned checks are mailed to the correct vendor address in accordance with updated vendor records. This role safeguards internal controls by verifying vendor information, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Responsibilities
Process invoice and payment void requests in the accounting system in accordance with company policies.
