We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead functional solution design, system optimization, and internal support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Engagement (CE/CRM). This role balances platform stabilization, enhancement delivery, production support, and architectural governance to ensure D365 continues to scale with Econolite's operational and service-delivery needs. This role will support the ongoing evolution of the D365 platform, with future expansion into Project Operations, Field Services, and increased use of Power Platform and Dataverse integrations.

DUTIES

  • Lead crossfunctional discovery sessions with Finance, Operations, and Sales to understand business needs.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and endtoend process flows.
  • Conduct gapfit analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with the organization's operating model.
  • Configure functional areas across D365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Engagement (CRM), including parameters, workflows, costing, project structures, service tasks, resource scheduling, and posting profiles.
  • Partner with technical teams to validate solution designs and ensure accurate, highquality delivery.
  • Provide Tier2 and Tier3 production support, resolving posting issues, workflow failures, and data inconsistencies.
  • Perform rootcause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve system stability.
  • Lead stabilization initiatives that reduce recurring incidents and enhance the user experience.
  • Coordinate release planning, scheduling, and execution in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog items throughout the full SDLC using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Validate deployments postrelease and ensure all documentation and release notes are complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Serve as the primary internal liaison to system integrator (SI) partners, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Review SI partner deliverables for quality, completeness, and adherence to business and technical standards.
  • Manage escalations, ensure roadmap alignment, and oversee delivery of system enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant
  • 4+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 (F&O, SCM, and CE/CRM)
  • Strong functional configuration and business process design expertise
  • Proven experience with production support and structured root-cause analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow
  • Experience partnering with System Integrators
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle unexpected issues and adapt to a changing IT environment
  • Experience stabilizing new D365 implementations strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse, dual-write, and Power Platform preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Primarily an office-based role requiring prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and travel occasionally for meetings, training, or company events as needed.

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
