Description Fulfill the Pilot Monitoring role during Flight Simulator training under FAA and/or EASA regulations. Attend all elements of the training event to support the client's training and learning experience, including preflight and postflight briefings. Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors. Complete all necessary forms and checklists required for the Pilot Monitoring role. Minimum Qualifications Commercial or Airline Transport Certificate. Airplane MultiEngine Land rating. Instrument rating with 50 hours of instrument experience. 400 hours total flight time (may be reduced to 250 hours with a 2 or 4year aviation degree or CAE Academy graduation with Head of Training approval). Eligibility to meet all TSA requirements. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer). Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Must reside within 2 hours of the training facility. Must be able to meet all Sim Tech10 Physical Demands (see section below). Preferred Qualifications 100 hours of turbine time (preferred). Experience with advanced avionics. Sim Tech - 10 Physical Demands The following physical demands are essential to this role. Reasonable accommodations may be provided. This list is nonexclusive and may be updated at any time: Constantly ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles. Occasionally remain in stationary positions. Constantly adjust or move objects up to 30 pounds. Constantly communicate with others to exchange information. Constantly perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers.
