Description

Handle various clerical and administrative type duties, including mail and messages, duplicating, filing, word processing, spread sheet processing, managing service engineer paperwork, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Preparing materials and reservations for Intro Classes.
  • Train service engineers and CSEs on paperwork processing.
  • Administer the Service Fleet Program; check WEX and eFleets invoicing, maintain spread sheet analyzing program, handle registration, insurance, accidents, repairs, transfers, renewals, vehicle turn-ins, year-end tax true- ups, etc.
  • Ensure Installation Reports and Service Reports are submitted and posted in a timely manner, working with Service Managers.
  • Verify and process Service Engineer and CSE paperwork, including following up with personnel to collect paperwork.
  • Process payroll data for all service engineers and CSEs through the KM System, and deliver to HR for payroll.
  • Process data for mileage reimbursement payroll.
  • Other duties related to the department and assigned by department management.


REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:



  • Regional Service Division Manager
  • National Service General Manager

  • None

  • Able to collect, arrange, and analyze data.

  • Problem solving.
  • Word processing
  • Spread sheets
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Familiar with internet functions-posting files, linking websites/files, downloading data, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


WORK ENVIORNMENT:



  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Temp - Hire
  • $21.50/HR

  • Minimal
