We're looking for a Field Chief Operating Officer (Field COO) to join Procore's Field CXO organization. In this role, you'll translate complex capital program business cases into actionable operational strategies that demonstrate how Procore's products and services drive measurable value for asset owners and developers. You will act as a peer-level advisor to the C-Suite of the world's largest construction owners to ensure Procore's platform is the cornerstone of their 3-5 year digital transformation roadmaps. As a Field Chief Operating Officer (Field COO), you'll partner with Revenue and P&T Leadership to bridge the gap between high-level capital strategy and field execution. Use your operational credibility, capital project expertise, and digital fluency to architect investment strategies that justify large-scale technology adoption across the entire asset lifecycle. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of owner-side leadership and technical innovation. This position reports to our Field CXO team, reporting directly to our Chief Experience Officer and has the opportunity to work remotely from any U.S. location or be based in one of our U.S offices.
