Overview

Plan and manage restaurant, room service, nightlife, and other food & beverage outlets to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction, uphold luxury service standards, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and meet or exceed financial goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Nightlife & Entertainment Operations
  • Lead evening and late-night operations, including DJ programming, live entertainment, and high-volume weekend service across the hotel's nightlife venues.
  • Execute and evolve signature programming such as live jazz, fashion shows, themed events, and experiential programing, ensuring alignment with the hotel's brand and marketing strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing, PR, Security, and Events teams to deliver safe, seamless, and high-energy guest experiences that drive both revenue and brand awareness.
  • Manage floor operations during peak nightlife periods, ensuring strong crowd flow, guest engagement, and service execution.
  • Oversee VIP and table service standards, maximizing nightlife revenue opportunities while maintaining an elevated guest experience.
  • Coordinate entertainment logistics, including DJ and vendor scheduling, talent communication, and overall operational readiness.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to innovate and enhance weekly and seasonal programming to keep the venue dynamic, relevant, and competitive in the Boston market.
Food & Beverage Operations
  • Manage daily operations across restaurant outlets, lounges, bars, and room service spanning breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service periods.
  • Ensure consistent execution of luxury service standards.
  • Monitor labor and beverage costs while supporting revenue growth initiatives and overall profitability.
  • Forecast staffing needs and manage schedules to align with business demand and labor targets.
  • Partner with Culinary and F&B leadership to maintain menu integrity, beverage standards, and service consistency.
  • Ensure all outlets meet cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Oversee inventory controls, purchasing practices, and cost-containment initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of Food & Beverage management experience, preferably within a hotel, restaurant, or nightlife environment.
  • Experience managing high-volume bar or nightlife operations strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-outlet teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor management, beverage operations, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience with nightlife programming, entertainment operations, or event-driven service models preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? No Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? No
