WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Fors Marsh is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support communications for the first responder community, including our partners at the First Responder Network Authority. The Graphic Designer will create blogs, social media copy and graphics, short motion graphics, educational one-pagers, and visually engaging reports and infographics. Working with subject matter experts, the role will translate complex first responder communications topics into clear, accessible, and audience-centered products aligned with brand and accessibility standards. Strong visual storytelling skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience developing digital content are required. Experience supporting government or public safety clients is preferred.

This position is a contingent hire, meaning it is contingent on Fors Marsh winning an upcoming proposal. The interview process will be the same as our standard process, the offer letter (should we decide to move forward) will serve as a letter of commitment.

Responsibilities include:

*Conceptualize and implement design solutions aligned with marketing strategies.
*Create visually appealing designs for various media channels.
*Be proficient in relevant design and animation programs.
*Produce high-quality design deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and client requirements.
*Collaborate with account teams and clients to translate brand identity into visually compelling designs.
*Implement client feedback and make necessary design revisions.
*Ensure consistency and quality control in design output.
*Brings design skills and knowledge to create engaging visual content.
*Expertise in relevant software tools to bring designs to life.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience.
* Bachelors degree from accredited university.
* Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite of products.
* Experience with 508 compliance and accessibility.
* Relevant experience with education, advocacy, and/or outreach-based graphic design.
* Preferred: experience supporting federal clients, including the First Responder Network Authority.
* Ability to work full-time onsite in Reston, VA.
* Applicants will be subject to a low-level government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to sensitive information.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.
