Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical systems to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Apply hands-on troubleshooting skills to identify root causes, implement repairs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or technical certification in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or electromechanical repair
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC), motors, drives, and control systems
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces + lift 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and test electromechanical equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using testing instruments and diagnostic tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Repair or replace defective components such as motors, sensors, relays, PLC components, and wiring
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, and production staff to improve system performance
