Kratos has an exciting oppourtunity for a Production Planner with the following job responsibilities:



  • Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.
  • Ensure compliance with EIA-748 EVMS standards and organizational scheduling best practices.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Cost Analysts, and Finance teams to align schedules with program objectives.
  • Perform risk assessments, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Provide timely schedule status reporting and support customer reviews.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in scheduling theory, tools, and processes.


Position is contingent upon successful contract award.

Required Experience:

  • Bacheloris degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3i5+ years of experience in program scheduling, preferably in a government or aerospace/defense environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of EVMS principles, IMS development, and WBS structures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship may be required depending on contract/security requirements


Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.
  • Familiarity with IMP/IMS integration and contract deliverables.
  • Ability to lead scheduling teams and mentor junior schedulers


Position is contingent upon successful contract award.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000
