Compensation

Salary Range: $26.28 - $35.86 per hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Compliance Associate - Contracted Personnel & Students is responsible for granting clearance and maintaining records on all Contracted Personnel, Students, and Vendors. Maintains all information relating to personal information, position, department, FTE status, and etc.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    Processes and monitors Direct Patient Care contract labor, students, auxiliary, clergy, volunteers and vendors ensuring compliance with Accreditation agency requirements and applicable policies.
  1. Processes ID badges - Verifies that all documentation is complete and issues ID badges accordingly.
  2. Performs data entry into HR system of record to include all required data.
  3. Periodically audits HR contractor files, to ensure proper documentation and compliance with organizational and Accreditation agency requirements.
  4. Monitors and primary sources employee clinical licensure and certifications, and notifies Management of non-compliance prior to expiration date
  5. Monitors compliance with performance evaluations and provides notifications to Management as appropriate.
  6. Monitors compliance with annual medical screenings and communicates health screening protocols and incidents to appropriate parties.
  7. Processes all separations of non-staff and students and handles the termination process in the system.
  8. Assist with compiling metrics and/or reports related to Contracted Personnel & Students.
  9. Assist in Vendor Management Program concerns as needed.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources
  • SHRM certification
  • Bilingual in Spanish
