Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in Colorado Springs, CO. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless operation of the Deer Creek site and facilitating high visibility events.
  • The EA will serve as the trusted 'right hand' for the leader, managing calendars, travel, expense reporting, site wide logistics, and executive level communications while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • This includes but is not limited to Calendar & Meeting Management or Travel & Expense Administration or Site Operations & Event Planning or Digital Collaboration Platforms or Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement or Continuous or Improvement or Leadership Support.
  • You're a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at anticipating the needs of leadership.
  • You're an effective communicator and problem-solver who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to drive business operations forward.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 /hour

Hours: 40 hours /week (1st Shift)

Length: contract (11 month)

Job Requirements

Required skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and executing high visibility events and managing site level logistics (room reservations, AV, catering, security).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting senior executives (VP level or above).

Preferred skills:

  • Be proactive and detail oriented as well as possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Concur.
  • Ability to quickly learn and champion new digital tools (DX).
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work with 100 % accuracy on expense reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; capable of engaging regularly with executives and external partners.
  • Familiarity with client frameworks and corporate cost affordability initiatives.
  • Experience mentoring or leading a small team of administrative staff.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance
