About the Role

We are looking for an Aortic Lead Sales Trainerto join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key clinical and commercial leader responsible for elevating the performance, confidence, and clinical fluency of Field Sales Associates (FSA). This role accelerates portfolio utilization and therapy adoption by converting clinically grounded value drivers and technical device features into practical, high impact field solutions, ensuring Field Sales Associates are fully prepared to perform confidently in demanding clinical environments. The Lead Sales Trainer will play a key role in developing new and existing field talent and driving revenue growth by accelerating time to proficiency, elevating clinical execution, supporting high value account conversions, and expanding value within our existing customer base.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a consistent training experience that accelerates field execution and territory growth
  • Strengthen Field Sales Associates, (FSA) clinical fluency and consultative selling through coaching, case support, and in-field training
  • Identify gaps and recommend development plans that drive measurable improvement
  • Convert device features into actionable clinical solutions
  • Provide real-time case support and mentorship to ensure confident product use
  • Equip Field Sales Associates (FSA) with tools to overcome clinical resistance and accelerate portfolio adoption
  • Partner with leadership to support conversion strategies that expand therapy utilization
  • Partner with clinical teams to execute on training and case support for new product introductions
  • Align with leadership to ensure field competency matches growth goals and market demands
Required Qualifications
  • Experience of the application of aortic devices across diverse pathologies and procedural settings
  • Deep knowledge of the appropriate application of imaging modalities (angiography, CT, and IVUS)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent of a minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field (Cath Lab, Radiology, Commercial Sales)
  • Minimum 8 years of demonstrated clinical expertise, including support of live cases and clinical education
  • Proven ability to coach sales techniques, objection handling, and effective sales execution
  • Successful track record of realtime, infield coaching
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver training on complex clinical and technical topics
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage field insights to enhance training programs aligned to business priorities
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with peers, crossfunctional partners, and stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience leading projects, programs, and/or crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
Desired Qualifications
  • Medical Device Sales Experience

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
