The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell's delivery groups across the company and the projects throughout the United States. The Construction & Manufacturing Team is responsible for providing the field management personnel, from the craft worker to the Project Superintendent. The Construction & Manufacturing Team also provides the team member with logistical support; including but not limited to establishing per diem rates, company trucks for superintendents, and the coordination of arrival for team members as needed on the project. The Construction & Manufacturing Team provides continual training for our team members to support their development from entry-level craft workers, via in-house/online courses, to local jurisdiction apprenticeship programs. Joining our Construction & Manufacturing Team will enable you to build the buildings on which people depend; collaborating with your team to overcome obstacles and fix problems on the job site using your skills. Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Responsabilidades del Puesto: * Gestionar todas las fases de los proyectos de construccion desde la preconstruccion hasta el cierre * Desarrollar y mantener cronogramas, presupuestos, pronosticos e informes de costos * Coordinar subcontratistas, proveedores, personal de campo y equipos de proyecto * Liderar reuniones de proyecto y mantener comunicacion efectiva con clientes y partes interesadas * Garantizar el cumplimiento de estandares de seguridad, politicas de la empresa y requisitos contractuales * Revisar planos, especificaciones y documentos del proyecto para verificar exactitud y constructibilidad * Supervisar actividades de adquisiciones, incluidas evaluaciones de ofertas y seleccion de subcontratistas * Monitorear el progreso, resolver problemas e implementar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario * Gestionar ordenes de cambio, RFIs, submittals y documentacion del proyecto * Realizar visitas periodicas a obra para asegurar la calidad y el desempeno del proyecto * Brindar mentoria a personal junior y apoyar el desarrollo del equipo * Otras funciones asignadas Educacion/Experiencia: * Licenciatura en Gestion de Construccion, Ingenieria, Arquitectura o campo relacionado (preferente) * De 5 a 8 anos de experiencia en gestion de proyectos de construccion (requerido) * Experiencia gestionando proyectos comerciales o industriales medianos a grandes (preferente) Conocimientos, Habilidades, Licencias y Certificaciones: * Conocimiento solido de metodos de construccion, programacion, seguridad y control de costos * Dominio de software de gestion de construccion (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) * Excelentes habilidades de comunicacion, liderazgo y resolucion de problemas * Capacidad para gestionar multiples prioridades en un entorno acelerado * Certificacion OSHA 30 (preferente) * Certificaciones profesionales (PMP, CCM) (preferente) Factores Ambientales y/o Requisitos Fisicos: El trabajo se desarrolla tanto en oficina como en sitios de construccion activos. Debe poder caminar largas distancias, subir escaleras o andamios, estar de pie por periodos prolongados y levantar hasta 50 libras." Qualifications "Dans ce role, vous agirez a titre de Gestionnaire de projet II - Construction, responsable de superviser toutes les phases des projets de construction afin d'assurer leur execution securitaire, conforme a l'echeancier, au budget et aux normes de qualite. Vous dirigerez la planification, la coordination, la communication et l'execution du projet, tout en servant de principal point de contact entre les clients, les soustraitants et les equipes internes. Responsabilites du poste : * Gerer toutes les phases des projets de construction, de la preconstruction a la cloture * Elaborer et maintenir les echeanciers, budgets, previsions et rapports de couts * Coordonner les soustraitants, fournisseurs, personnel de chantier et equipes de projet * Diriger les reunions de projet et maintenir une communication efficace avec les clients et intervenants * Assurer la conformite aux normes de securite, aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux exigences contractuelles * Examiner les plans, devis et documents du projet pour en verifier l'exactitude et la constructibilite * Superviser les activites d'approvisionnement, y compris l'evaluation des soumissions et la selection des soustraitants * Suivre l'avancement des travaux, resoudre les problemes et mettre en uvre des mesures correctives au besoin * Gerer les ordres de changement, RFIs, submittals et documentation du projet * Effectuer des visites regulieres sur chantier pour assurer la qualite et la performance du projet * Encadrer le personnel junior et contribuer au developpement de l'equipe * Autres taches connexes Formation/Experience : * Baccalaureat en gestion de la construction, genie, architecture ou domaine connexe (souhaite) * 5 a 8 ans d'experience en gestion de projets de construction (exige) * Experience dans la gestion de projets commerciaux ou industriels de moyenne a grande envergure (souhaitee) Connaissances, competences, permis et certifications : * Solide connaissance des methodes de construction, de l'echeancier, de la securite et du controle des couts * Maitrise des logiciels de gestion de construction (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) * Excellentes competences en communication, leadership et resolution de problemes * Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement dynamique * Certification OSHA 30 (souhaitee) * Certifications professionnelles (PMP, CCM) (souhaitees) Facteurs environnementaux et/ou exigences physiques : Le travail s'effectue a la fois en bureau et sur des chantiers actifs.
