Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow FSM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module.

The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, architects, QA consultants, and customer stakeholders to streamline field service operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead requirements workshops for FSM module features including:
    • Work Order Management
    • Dispatcher Workspace
    • Dynamic Scheduling
    • Planned Maintenance
    • Inventory Management
    • Field Agent Mobile App
    • Skills & Parts Management
  • Document configuration requirements and user stories within the Agile Development module of ServiceNow.
  • Review and validate customer-provided data templates; guide stakeholders on proper data collection.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers and QA Consultants to ensure development and testing align with the Statement of Work.
  • Perform functional testing in non-production environments prior to QA handoff.
  • Review and validate design documents and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
  • Provide training to customer SMEs on ServiceNow FSM features.
  • Provide updates to Project Manager on risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Demonstrate and validate system functionality against agreed configurations.
  • Ensure scope changes are documented and escalated appropriately.
  • Participate in and drive UAT with customer stakeholders.
  • Document defects during UAT and collaborate on resolution and retesting.

Required Skills & Certifications
ServiceNow FSM Certified (Mandatory).

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - FSM.
  • Hands-on project experience implementing FSM modules, including:
    • Work Order Management
    • Dispatcher Workspace
    • Dynamic Scheduling
    • Planned Maintenance
    • Inventory Management
    • Field Agent Mobile App
    • Skills & Parts Management
  • Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
  • Familiarity with HRSD industry use cases (Utilities, Telecom, Healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
