Job Title: Generation Project Leader. Location: Jenkinsville, SC. High-Level Project Overview: Temporary support role providing field coordination and oversight for ongoing construction activities during a high workload period. Focus is on daily execution, schedule alignment, safe work practices, and interfacing with Construction, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to keep work progressing without delays. Top 3 Required Skills: Strong field construction oversight in an industrial or power-generation environment. Proven ability to coordinate and sequence work with multiple foremen and craft groups. Ability to proactively identify and resolve field barriers to keep schedule on track. Soft Skill Requirements (Team Fit / Personality): Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Steady, low drama demeanor with good situational awareness in the field. Comfortable making clear decisions and providing direction when needed. Nice to Have Skills: Previous nuclear experience. Experience with scaffold, rigging, or insulation oversight. Familiarity with work management systems or outage environments. Education: Construction Management or engineering degree preferred. Equivalent experience fully acceptable. Preferred Years of Experience: 5-10 years of relevant industrial or power generation field experience. Equivalent project/people management experience acceptable. Preferred Industry Background: Power generation, industrial construction, or heavy commercial/industrial environments. Nuclear experience is a plus but not required.
