What You'll Be Doing (AKA: The Hustle You'll Need):

• Prior experience in woodworking, crate building, or a similar role
• Meet daily production goals
• Assemble like a pro
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand on your feet during your shift
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow instructions, keep the pace
• Stay organized and safety-ready
• Work with a team that pulls their weight
• Able to interpret blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions
