Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Civil Superintendent is responsible for supervising and directing operations within the applicable discipline. Supervises and directs craft, craft supervisors and others including Subcontractors, coordination between other disciplines and assigned specific tasks. Supervises the development of estimates, budgets and schedules, manages performance, reports progress, and initiates action to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget and according to specifications. Resolves problems and coordinates the final turnover of work to downstream work activities. Provides leadership for the development and maintenance of a high-performance project team. TYPICAL DUTIES:

Verification of 8,000 craft related hours. Journeyperson status Required. Washington law requires pay information in job postings. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is shown below. The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience, specific skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and other factors influencing pay. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of this range, and in certain circumstances, may fall outside the listed hiring range.
